About the Project:
Located in the historic Little Havana neighborhood in the City of Miami, an arcade with shading devices was used to wrap the corner of the property on famous “Calle Ocho”, S.W. 8th Street, providing a sensitive pedestrian scale along with glass storefronts for activity. Blade signs were introduced to add and accentuate the historic nature of the street.
