About the Project:
The 60,000 square foot headquarters for HBO Latin America Group was extremely challenging which included the delicate removal of a portion of the post-tensioned concrete slab of the newly built sixteen story 396 Agave Building. This allowed the design of a new interior staircase that connected three floors vertically. As a final touch, HBO requested that FPA design a unique sign for its corporate floor. The sign incorporated the same wood detail of the main lobby grand stairs, with an LED backlit silhouette of the map of Latin America and a stainless-steel HBO logo across the map.
