About the Project:
The seven-story self-storage building is one of the largest in the country. It was designed using the Miami 21 Zoning Code. Different materials were utilized in order to reduce the volume of the structure while creating a relationship with the City of Miami skyline. Fenestration was incorporated to create the illusion of office activity further breaking up the scale of the building.
